Blizzard today, so I finally have time to post!Early January was the first anniversary of the opening of Montgomery Hall in Coshocton and Kathleen Kinney and I, along with DMD student Lainie Brillhart and DMD graduate Barb Lewis, were on hand for the Friday evening event.
We talked about the growth of our program to a couple of groups of hardy folk who ventured out in their own blizzard that night.

The lab has graduated to fifteen new iMacs with the latest digital software. A large-format Epson photo printer is in the printing room off the main lab, and a new color laser is on its way this week. Just before the event we hung photographs and artwork created by Coshocton students in the Digital Media program.
With the Web option in its first year we are teaching two or three courses in the lab each quarter.
In Knox County, with the acquisition of Ariel Hall, Digital Media now has a new lab on the first floor. We moved in just a couple of days before Winter Quarter, so the space is still a work in progress, but DMD faculty member Michael Coronado has some exciting plans for the space. It, too, has 15 shiny new aluminum iMacs loaded with all of our Digital Media software. As in Coshocton, a printing room in the back already has its high-resolution Epson 3800 photo printer and an HP color laser.
A special thanks to Joel Daniels, V.P.
for Extended Campuses, for finding such a prime bit of real-estate in the new campus. We promise to make it really "designy" Joel! Now! On to Pataskala!!
